Minty Chocolate Banana Bowl

Hello! How are you doing?

Today I bring you this breakfast that looks like dessert. It is delicious and very nutricious! It will give you all the nutrients and energy you need to start the day in the best way.  This recipe is for two people, remember that it is very healthy but portions matter.

Minty Chocolate Banana Bowl

Taste & See 

Ingredients:

1 banana, frozen and chopped
1 very ripe banana made porridge (the more mature, the sweeter)
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons of almond butter or unsweetened peanut butter (you can see the preparation on my Facebook)
1 cup of coconut milk
Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 avocado

In a blender add all the ingredients: Frozen banana, banana porridge, avocado, cacao, almond butter, coconut milk, mint and cocoa. Blend until smooth.
