Glowie Skin? Have a Smoothie!

Hello! How are the summer going?

Today I bring you a very healthy smoothie recipe so you can take care of your skin from the inside out. To make this smoothie I have chosen ingredients that are rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, antioxidants and beta-carotenes. These micro-nutrients help regenerate cells, prevent the action of free radicals and make your skin look more luscious and healthy.

Ph. Healthy Directions 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 carrot
  • 3/4 tza mix of berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
  • Handful of spinach
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 of avocado

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
  2. Take the shake immediately after it has been beaten but remember to drink it slowly.
  3. Chew while it is taken.

I hope you liked this recipe! We must not forget that if you want to have a glowing skin you have to  avoid eating fried foods, fast food, sugar and toxic ingredents.
