Aunque hemos siempre visto versiones mucho más sweet de los clásicos cuentos, la verdad es que las versiones originales de los hermanos  Grimm o Hans Christian Andersen son mucho más dark y siniestros. Originalmente Ariel no se queda con el príncipe, él se enamora de alguien más y ella se suicida….  Cenicienta asesina a su madrastra y una de las hermanastras trata de hacer que el zapato le quede como sea y se corta un dedo y parte del talón…  Rapunzel queda embarazada del principe antes de que él la rescate, Madre Gothel le corta el cabello y abandona en el bosque. Él se queda ciego al lanzarse de la torre pensando que nunca más la volverá a ver. #CreepyAsHell.

Cuando vi esta caperuza roja de CASUAL FRIDAY y comenzé a pensar cómo combinarla, quise fijo una onda gótica, que vaya genial con todo el background lúgubre del cuento de Caperucita Roja. Creo que lo logré con el vestido asimétrico de gasa y su toque urbano con las wedge sneakers de LOLA.

Originally Ariel doesn’t get the prince, he falls in love with someone else and she kills herself… Cinderella murders her evil stepmother and on ow the ugly stepsisters cuts off a toe and part of the heel to make the shoe fit her… Rapunzel get’s knocked up before the prince can ave her and is abandoned in the woods by Mother Gothel. He goes blind after throwing himself from the top of the tower thinking he will never see her again. #CreepyAsHell.

When I saw this  CASUAL FRIDAY red hood I began to wonder how to mix it up and I wanted a goth vibe that would go great with the dark story of Little Red Riding Hood. I think I got that with the assymetric  gauze drew and the urban touch of the LOLA wedge sneakers.
