Glowie Skin? Have a Smoothie!

Hello! How are the summer going?
Today I bring you a very healthy smoothie recipe so you can take care of your skin from the inside out. To make this smoothie I have chosen ingredients that are rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, antioxidants and beta-carotenes. These micro-nutrients help regenerate cells, prevent the action of free radicals and make your skin look more luscious and healthy.
- 1/2 carrot
- 3/4 tza mix of berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
- Handful of spinach
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 of avocado
- Add all the ingredients to the blender.
- Take the shake immediately after it has been beaten but remember to drink it slowly.
- Chew while it is taken.
