I heard that Lima is getting cooler and now everyone is sick! In this post im going to share 3 natural ways to turn on your inmune system on and prevent getting a cold.
This plant is one of the most known and studied to stimulate the immune system. Many people now use it for colds, infections and in general to increase the body’s defenses.
It is recommended to take in capsules and for a period of 5 to 8 weeks to strengthen the immune system and fight respiratory infections. Then it is important to rest for 2 to 3 weeks. The dose depends on the size and age of the person, it is advisable to read the indications of the product.
2. Hot infusion
Prepare a hot infusion of ginger, honey and lemon:
Pinch of ginger
1 tbsp of honey
1/2 lemon juice
Boil the water with ginger, once this is ready lets cool for a few minutes and add honey and lemon. Take it hot. To increase the power of the tea you can boil the ginger next to a pinch of garlic.
Use a vaporizer with eucalyptus essential oil. The steam will help you decongest the nasal passages and the eucalyptus oil is a powerful decongestant.
