Delicious Summer Salads
December 3, 2017 11:30 pm
Hello! How are you?
Did you know that our body responds to the seasons? When it’s cold, it asks for foods that have more fat and are warm. On the other hand, when the sun rises, it asks for fresher and colder food. It is a way in which we adapt to the environment in which we live.
With these days where the sun starts to rise, we want to eat lighter, so today I bring you two recipes of cold salads that you can prepare at home! These salads work as the main dish since they are balanced in terms of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. I hope you like them!
