City of Angels

“It’s the city I live in, this city of angels“

En el post de ayer (ver aquí) les conté de una de mis tiendas favoritas luego de explorar el fashion disctrict de la ciudad de Los Ángeles en mi último viaje. Quise hacer homenaje de dicho estilo; simple y urbano, pero con, OBVIOOOO, mi toque personal.  Esta camisa blanca y suelta es básica es un closet. Se puede usar día a día con un short, o con un jean y zapillas o hasta con tacos y labios rojos para salir a un evento o cena formal en la noche. Es, en esencia, la prenda MÁS versátil del mundo. Cuando la vi en Sub-urban Riot ni la pensé más, me la llevé en one. Para este look la combiné con un boyfriend jean en un tono rosa pastel y accesorios en marrón para un look bien neutral. Me amarré el peinado con una trenza (¡mi pelo ha crecido lo suficiente que me lo permitió!) y como accesorio estrella, mis lentes Hotel De Ville. Esta es otra de las tiendas de las que les hablaré en los próximos posts, una de esas paradas y descubrimientos estrella de mi viaje.

On yesterday’s post (see here) I told you about on the my favorite stores I discovered after exploring LA’s fashion district. I wanted to make an homage to the brand’s style and keep it simple and urban, yet add my personal twist of course. This white loose shirt is a MUST HAVE in your closet. It looks great for a day-to-day look with a pair of shorts, or with a pair of jeans and sneakers or even with heels and red lips to go to an event or formal dinner at night. Essentially, is the most versatile piece in the world. When I saw it in Sub-urban Riot I didn’t have to think further, I knew I had to have it. For this look, I matched it with a pair of pastel pink boyfriend jeans and brown accessories to keep it neutral.  I did a little undo to keep it edgy and as the star accessory, my Hotel De Ville sunnies. This is another of the stores I will be telling you about; another of those must do stops and discoveries of my trip.

Estoy simplemente enamorada de estos lentes. Amo el marco con tono verde y sus lunas en degradé. Lenny Kravitz y otras celebridades se unen al club de amantes de esta marca a la que, ahora, ¡me uní yo también! Pronto un post para contarles de esta marca.
