3 Books That Will Make You Want To Fall In Love

Love. It’s so complicated to write about because everyone experiences it so differently. That’s why, sometimes, when we come across a romantic novel, we can find it really cheesy and over-the-top. Not every author deals with falling in love in a subtle and realistic manner. But every once in a while, we find that book that is just perfect in every way. And that’s the case with these three books by Stephanie Perkins.

Ph. What Sarah Read

These three novels are the ultimate love stories and they are as genuine as it gets with romance novels. Each one is so unique and special that you’ll end up falling for the characters and wanting desperately to know what comes next. I’ll tell you a little bit about each one:

ANNA AND THE FRENCH KISS

This first book is set in Paris, the city of love. It features a quirky girl, a seemingly perfect boy and a whole school year ahead with adventures awaiting them. Anna and the French Kiss has been described as magical and I completely agree. It has an ability to make you feel as you are in it and living every moment with the characters. It’s sheer perfection.

LOLA AND THE BOY NEXT DOOR

Takes place in San Francisco. Lola is a great character; she’s all about expressing herself and being true to who she is. Her journey in the book is really admirable and, of course, the love story is on point. You won’t be able to put it down

ISLA AND THE HAPPILY EVER AFTER

This one involves Isla’s crush falling in love with her… what a dream come true! Half of it occurs in New York and the other half in Paris, both perfect cities to fall in love in. This book was my personal favorite.

Each leading lady has a great story, great values, a great romance and they are so different that you are guaranteed to identify with at least one of them. So, if you ever wondered what would happen if someone were to mix the most iconic cities in the world, with amazingly relatable characters, and have them fall in love, you should read these three novels and let Stephanie Perkins tell you all about it.

Have you read any of these books? If you haven’t I bet you are planning to, huh? Didi already ordered them on the internet haha. We are all helpless romantics. Until the next post!
